As an executive, I serve as vice president of community impact for Jackson Healthcare. We call our collective community impact platform LoveLifts, where I help leverage our people, programming, partnerships and philanthropy to improve access to healthcare and the wellbeing of young people.
I oversee LoveLifts Village, an Atlanta-based office space designed to foster collaboration and community among nonprofits. And I helped launch goBeyondProfit, a statewide initiative with a mission to increase the generosity of businesses in Georgia.
In 2020, I’m proud to report we impacted the lives of 105 million people around the world through our network of over 300 partners.
As a writer, I help professionals cultivate a deeper understanding of who they are and why they do the work they do — their values and purpose. I write a monthly column for {grow}, as well as a monthly newsletter called Root Notes.
I believe in a future where anyone in any job is recognized as a valued contributor to society. I believe anyone is capable of doing work of significance. And I believe the real work of a leader is to show up, stand up, step up, speak up and shake up.
Each day, I work to live up to these beliefs.
To this day, I continue to draw inspiration from poets, chefs, ecologists, artists, artisans, writers, musicians, entrepreneurs, economists and engineers.
